I coach mid-to-senior professionals through their transition into C-suite roles. We work on the identity shift, the visibility gaps, and the blockages keeping you stuck. This isn't fluffy stuff: it’s the rewarding internal and practical work of stepping into a leadership presence that feels true to you.
I've worked with leaders across consulting, government, international development, non-profits, and professional services. Having led teams of 120+ people myself, I understand the realities you're facing in getting to C-suite and thriving once you make it.
I am accredited by the UK's Academy of Executive Coaching, where I have completed a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and in Systemic Team Coaching.
I follow the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics in all my coaching engagements.

Each session is 60 or 90 minutes, entirely focused on you. We start by identifying what's most pressing right now and what a good, practical outcome would look like for the session. Then we dive in: exploring your situation with both empathy and challenge to identify your strengths, but also surface blind spots and unhelpful assumptions holding you back.
We close by reflecting on what shifted during the session and how it changes what you do next. Many clients also use coaching for accountability. If that's you, we'll identify specific actions you want to take and check in on progress.
The result: You leave with clarity, insight, and concrete next steps—not generic advice.
